Our NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Certified Personal Trainers will design a cardio and weight training program specifically structured to achieve your desired goals e.g. weight loss, toning glutes, bigger arms, etc.  Do you respond better to pats on the back? Do you want intense motivation?  Let us know what works best for you.  Trainers will also provide basic nutritional macronutrient information, so you can build a solid and clean eating plan.

At HTL Fitness, we understand dual working parents, single parents, and being a stay at home mom or dad with young children. We have actually been in all those positions. Our trainers will work with you to accommodate your schedule and ability to workout.  Whether it is in your home while your child naps, at the park while your child plays, or one on one at the gym.  We will provide the understanding and motivation to achieve your goals.
